Totstop
> Monday mornings: 9.30-11.30am. Term Time only.
Friendly parent/carer and toddler group. Stories, crafts, work on the allotment and seasonal activities.

> Wednesday mornings: 9am - 10am. Term Time only.
Mat based class to encourage mobility & flexibility of the joints, muscle strengthening, body awareness and improved respiratory and circulatory efficiency. Use of squidgy balls and power bands to add resistance/assistance.

Hollywater Healing: Qigong Exercise class
> Thursday morning: 10.30am - 12 noon. Every Thursday.
Become healthier using the ancient Chinese exercise system of Qigong. Improve flexibility, posture and overall wellbeing. Movements are slow and deliberate leaving you more energised and relaxed and are suitable for any age or background.

Liss Forest Ballet School
> Thursdays and Fridays: 4pm onwards. Term Time only.
Children's Dance Classes. The school exists to inspire and engender a love of Classical Ballet that will last throughout a dancer’s lifetime. Regardless of natural ability, when taught with fun and encouragement, dance becomes a lifelong pleasure either to go on to perform or to teach or to observe. The training engenders good stance, grace, fitness and confidence, valuable transferable skills.
